Challenge – CPQ and Contract Management At A Global Scale
Stripe initially brought us in to support them when their Salesforce Architect left. As we got to know Stripe, we learned that they had 4 disparate systems managing the sales process to contract management to onboarding and upsells. We undertook an 18-month project to create a customized and tailored CPQ system including product management, pricing, and contract management.
During the engagement, we added a dedicated offshore Senior Salesforce Developer from our India office as well as a dedicated in-house Senior Salesforce Developer consultant to supplement the Stripe Salesforce department.
